At Old School Gangster Enterprises, we believe a deal should be honored with a handshake and a person's word. We stand behind the quality of every item we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If we send the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you believe your order qualifies, contact us at support@ogeshop.com and include your order number along with a description of the issue.

Please note that refunds and replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be eligible.
